Process and Rules :

1. Each participant will contribute $1 towards the winner

2. Each participant will vote their best picture and a participant cannot vote their own picture

3. Winner gets the total amount collected

4. Last date for submitting pictures is Sunday 3/29 and voting begins Sunday 3/29 night and ends Tuesday 3/31 night

5. Winner will be announced on April Fools Day!
